What is it about?
This paper mainly investigated the knowledge and implementation level of Industry 4.0 enabling technologies, such as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Big data & Advanced analytics, Cloud Manufacturing, Augmented & Virtual Reality, Collaborative Robotics and Additive Manufacturing, as well as the organizational change requirements, such as the novel competencies and roles needed for Industry 4.0 transformation.
