What is it about?

The online MSC program increased self-compassion in the family caregivers of patients with cancer. It is recommended that treatment teams pay more attention to stress in the caregivers of patients with cancer in addition to providing optimal care for their patient. Interventions such as self-compassion and mindfulness can reduce distress in the caregivers, enable them of dealing with their problems and help them avoid conveying their stress and worries to their patient and increase the chance of recovery.
