What is it about?
Healthcare systems face challenges like limited resources and staff shortages. This study looks at how the Recovery College model, used in a Canadian university, helps healthcare students learn important skills like adaptability, ethics, teamwork, self-care, and open-mindedness. Interviews with students and faculty showed that this model improves these skills and helps address biases in healthcare. More research is needed to see the long-term effects and wider use in healthcare education.
