What is it about?

As the racial and ethnic composition of the U.S. continues to change, more attention is needed to support students from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. In this article, we apply a culturally relevant and responsive lens to dialogic instruction to address this need. Dialogic instruction is an evidence-based approach that has improved academic outcomes for underperforming students.
