What is it about?
Organizations that form an International Joint Venture alliance with a collaborative intent could soon find themselves competing for each other's knowledge so that they can function independently without the support of their partner. We test different conditions of knowledge type and resource structure that could facilitate or reduce competitive learning from the partner.
