What is it about?

Absorptive capacity (AC) is closely related to knowledge management, organizational learning, knowledge transfer, effectiveness, efficiencies, and responsiveness to organizational change. Using the organizational learning perspective, this study aims at identifying antecedents of schools’ absorptive capacity.
