Networks, knowledge, and knowledge workers’ mobility: evidence from the National Basketball Association

What is it about?

Using sports data from the NBA, it is found that network resources are partially responsible for knowledge workers’ mobility in interpersonal whole networks, and that when knowledge workers in a network are not fully utilizing their knowledge, nodal network changes should be expected.
