Collaborative case report: participatory action research into using EQUIP to support community discharge

What is it about?

People with intellectual disabilities who have been detained in hospital because of their forensic risk need support when they are discharged to the community. A service user and professional worked together to review the use of an intervention called EQUIP to help people live safely in the community again.
