What is it about?
A standardised behaviour support plan designed for use with people who have a learning disability, severe challenging behaviours and a history of offending behaviours. This document aims to provide a systematic approach and help staff work in a person centred, least restrictive way with people who are at risk of restrictive interventions
Why is it important?
The authors believe that this behaviour support plan template helps organisations work collaboratively with service users, provide more effective support and reduce the use of restrictive interventions
