What is it about?

Human service systems are moving towards implementing person-centered practices that value a person's personal goals and preferences in the design of services and supports. In the move, human service systems are encountering conditions that may promote or hinder systems change. We examine obstacles and supporting factors encountered by some US human service systems as they attempt to move further towards a person-centered system.
