What is it about?

Even if intergenerational differences in nurses' characteristics are not supported empirically, nurses’ construal of so-said intergenerational differences may mold stereotypical beliefs and attitudes towards coworkers of the own and the other generational groups. We show the content and strength of nurses' generational (self) stereotypes and how these may impact the working environment. We offer noteworthy insights for fostering intergenerational synergies amongst nurses.
