What is it about?

Lean is a quality improvement philosophy that has been widely adopted across healthcare to improve patient care, experience, safety and quality. Much has been written about the technical 'how to' aspects of Lean implementation. We reveal for the first time the emotional experience of Lean implementation as experienced through a Rapid Process Improvement Workshop, and how this influences engagement with Lean and the RPIW process.
