What is it about?
Since the COVID pandemic began, organizations have been steadily reducing the number of employees' international assignments, having them work virtually instead. With less international experience, fewer professionals are developing cultural agility, a critical competency for organizational success. I discuss the conditions under which cultural agility is gained so organizations can craft alternative experiences to build a pipeline of culturally agile professionals needed for this interconnected and multicultural world.
