What is it about?
This study investigates the relationships between knowledge management capabilities, supply chain agility, and disruption mitigation performance in the U.S. fashion retail industry during the pandemic. By surveying 320 professionals and quantitatively analyzing the data, the study found that effective knowledge infrastructure and process capabilities play a significant role in making supply chains more agile and better prepared for disruptions. These findings can help fashion retail companies improve their organization and supply chain management to handle future market disruptions.
