What is it about?

Young adults entering the workforce are encountering many unique changes in their life, and rely partly on consumption of clothing to help them deal with these changes. Dressing more casually at work while trying to keep up with trends and higher status of work colleagues are some of the challenges young adults face. These experiences with clothing help shape young adults' identities.
