What is it about?
The growing middle class of urban consumers in Vietnam have the means to purchase food products that are both healthier and also better for the environment. Our results suggest that a large segment of consumers are willing to purchase rice - a staple food in Vietnam - that is produced using environmentally beneficial farming methods.
