What is it about?

Research shows that close to 2 billion people worldwide lack access to financial services and a third of them are small holder farmers who live in rural communities. By examining how Grameen built relationships that connected farmers to micro-financing institutions and other stakeholders through innovation, our study found that the Grameen approach improved and scaled financial inclusion for millions of farmers in low to medium income countries.
