Co-design for staff professional learning within universities: a case study

What is it about?

We identify three kinds of staff professional learning that occur within higher education. These are drive-by workshops, help-yourself platforms, and co-design approaches. We provide a case study of co-design approaches and present a description for how and why they should be used more widely.
