What is it about?
The study provides empirical evidence of how Islamic Economics and Finance instructional leadership is practiced in Saudi Arabia's higher education selected schools. It also suggests that, in Saudi universities' IEF schools, a positive collegial connection climate contributes to a shared instructional leadership model.
