What is it about?

Collaborative recommendation is an approach that seeks to understand consumers' lives and context. From the e-commerce perspective, delivery and retail operators can join to discover valuable data on the platform through interactive data on consumer preferences for delivery service and online-and-offline purchasing. These operators can then summarize the information to make collaborative recommendations more accurately, thus increasing consumer purchasing. Using data mining analytics for the delivery service and online-and-offline in Taiwan retail, this study finds meaningful profiles/patterns/rules on our subjects. Accordingly, discussion and implications and suggestions to Taiwan retail operators are also presented and discussed.
