What is it about?
The enactment of CSR practices is becoming of increasing importance for hotels, since they are highly expected to restrict their negative impact on the environment and improve quality of life for both internal and external stakeholders. We identified the specific leadership roles which trigger the adoption of more ethical, socially responsible and sustainable behavior by tourism industry.
