Time will tell: psychological ownership, temporal focus and attitudes toward women as managers in Ethiopia

What is it about?

Psychological ownership (PO) is a sense of ownership feeling towards an organization, in the absence of legal ownership. We find that temporal focus is an antecedent to PO and that attitudes toward women as managers is a consequence of PO.
