What is it about?

As 21st century work environment become even more complex, there is a need for project managers who are able to thrive in today's project-based workplaces. In this paper, we establish a link between the concepts of work readiness and career resilience, presenting them as essential concepts for the upcoming generation of project management practitioners. We design a conceptual model to explain the relationship of work readiness and career resilience in project management.
