What is it about?
Projects are difficult to manage so it has been proposed that companies conduct ex-post project reviews or project assessments, in order to learn from the past. The challenges in designing and conduction project reviews has been identified in prior research, and a clinical action research project was conducted to handle these challenges. Surprisingly, the clinical action research project produced some interesting results, that points to observations about the ambiguity of the past.
