What is it about?
This paper reports on experiences of university-level mathematics teacher educators from participating in lesson study to improving mathematics teacher preparation. We use qualitative methodologies on debrief and focus group interview data to find emergent themes on benefits, supports, and challenges to mathematics teacher educators from the cross-departmental lesson study.
