What is it about?
Freedom of expression and press have come under attack during the coronavirus pandemic. Governments have used the pretext of fighting the pandemic to limit criticism and silence the press. Ironically, these actions have worsened the crisis. Any attempt to stop the spread of the coronavirus must prioritize the protection of human rights.
