What is it about?

Using the impact of elevation and flooding risks on housing prices and appreciation to measure climate gentrification, we found that flooding risks are not associated with the changes in housing prices and appreciation; however, higher elevation areas saw higher housing price appreciation, indicating potential climate retreat for development to locate in higher-elevation, lower-flooding risk areas.
