What is it about?
Seniors tend to own houses with relatively high market value regardless of race and gender. Seniors, especially white senior homeowners, are more likely to carry a lower mortgage debt burden due to a higher upfront down payment and are more likely to refinance their homes and receive cash than non-seniors.
