Recession Preparation

What is it about?

In aggregate higher education leaders have not prepared for the inevitable business cycle recession and the resulting decline in institutional revenue. After identifying the problem, a series of proactive steps are discussed.

Why is it important?

Preparing for the next recession should begin as the national economy enters recovery if nor before. Following the proactive steps suggested should moderate the challenges of revenue shortfalls.
