What is it about?
Dispositional resistance to change is the strongest factor in resistance behaviour, while intrinsic reward is the factor that most consistently contributes to all aspects of resistance in an Indonesian academic organisation. Trust in management and social influence within academic organisation have relationships to resistance behaviour.
