Natural-born peacemakers? Big five personality traits, gender, and interpersonal peacemaking

What is it about?

When witnessing conflicts, sometimes people vonluntarily provide help. This behavior is referred as peacemaking. Our study show that some personality traits, and gender can predict the extent to which a person engage in the behavior of helping others in conflict situations, i.e., peacemaking.
