What is it about?

As Warren G. Bennis once said: “the organizations of the future will increasingly depend on the creativity of their members to survive.” In this modern competitive business environment, members’ creative performance is beneficial and vital for employers, however, is it also and always “good” for innovators? We examine why and when creative people can be bullied at work.
