What is it about?
Toxic leaders, such as maladjusted, malcontent, and malevolent bosses pose existential threats to employees and their organisations. We show for the first time how pay satisfaction fosters a leader-member relationship and moderates the connection between toxic leadership and leader-member relationship among public sector nurses working in Ghana. Hence, leadership development and training become an intervention.
