What is it about?

Organizational value is an essential factor in improving the extra-role behaviors of employees. However, information security literature still needs to investigate the impact of organizational values on information security behavior. We explore this relationship through the lens of psychological capital as one of the underlying mechanisms of such a relationship. We also use this lens to explain the impact of organizational value on affective commitment.
