What is it about?
It is a computational study on figuring out how results of variable property and constant property assumptions will defer from each other in a specific fluid flow and heat transfer problem. The problem has been solved by developing a C++ code which solves the governing equations and gives the desired results including flow and heat transfer characteristics

Why is it important?
The importance is that differences in the results of constant property and variable property assumptions have been analysed and discussed extensively for both fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics. For nanolfluid flow and heat transfer in annular geometry, no such an investigation can be found in the literature. Apart from that, in rare studies such problems are solved by in-house codes.
