What is it about?

There is no doubt that human resource capacity building is a continuous process, although the dynamism of the workplace implies that this must proceed from a strategic and flexible approach to compatibly fit into the modern corporate organization. Academic entities, therefore, have an obligation of designing and developing mid-career development programmes in collaboration with the employment industry, and part of the reason for this is to ensure that these programmes flexibly fit within the professional competencies, needs, and interests of the primary beneficiaries.
