Premature frailty, geriatric conditions and multimorbidity among people experiencing homelessness: a cross-sectional observational study in a London hostel

What is it about?

The impact of long term homelessness on the ageing process is unknown. We have found high rates of premature frailty and geriatric conditions in people experiencing homelessness in a London hostel. We also demonstrate the feasibility of utilising holistic geriatric assessments to improve healthcare for this marginalised group.
