What is it about?

Children's play with particular online media is often considered unsuitable for the school playground and classroom. We offer an alternative rendering, suggesting that, as a literacy practice, this play provides important opportunities for educators to both recognize students' literacies and assist them in responding to both the tantalizing and the troubling aspects of unsettling transmedia.
