Why is it important?
This paper aims to know the relationship between the changes that occur in organizations and the demand for training. The relationship between the training demand and the changes is verified, when the companies are immersed in processes of change demand formation according to these changes.
Perspectives
The relationship between change and training in reactive terms has been verified. Companies require training related to the changes they carry out. It could be considered if this relationship exists proactively, which relates the demand for training to organizational change planning.
