What is it about?

Social Networking Sites (SNS) Use has been suggested to influence employees Knowledge Sharing (KS), Bridging Social Capital (BSC) (the resources available through weak- tie networks) and also the Job satisfaction (JS) of employees. The combined impact of SNS Use, BSC and JS on KS is heightened when the three variables act together. The association has been validated through use of research tools like hierarchical regression analysis.
