What is it about?

The commonness of inbound open innovation in an organization is positively related to certain cultural traits, above all its culture of openness and innovation. We find that under challenging market conditions other cultural traits matter more, in particular planning and rule-oriented (formal) cultures, for inbound open innovation of processes.
