What is it about?

While systems and institutions of higher education struggle to address the pressures created by globalization, it is clear that the one-size-may not fit all. ‘Flexible pedagogy’ and personalising the methods to suit the requirements of a majority of the students is the way forward. But are the faculty and students open to change?
