What is it about?

Organizing allies within an organization to design, deliver, and consistently reinforce microaggression-disrupting initiatives can help to promote cultural change. Change agents embedded in their organizations can play significant roles in achieving efforts promoted by either the employees or the organizational leaders, including advocating diversity and inclusion issues. Our case study shows that through careful planning, peer change can play multiple roles in pushing organizational changes.
