What is it about?
Organisational Plasticity (OP) can be described as the ability to implement or to divest change through a fluid adaptation that connects behavioural and strategic aspects of organisational life. We conducted a multi-disciplinary community modelling experiment to identify some interesting characteristics of OP. These can now be used to formulate novel social simulation models.
