What is it about?

Everyday companies are collecting customers’ data and storing it in a single location to use to make decisions and improve the company’s products and services. Increasingly customers are losing trust in the companies protection and use of personal data. Recently, the European Union enacted regulations (GDPR) to protect personal data. This paper proposes an approach to use Blockchain that follows the GDPR regulations, which provides an alternative for businesses to collect customers’ data while ensuring the customers’ trust.
