What is it about?
In the past, the evaluation of corporate image was based on questionnaire survey. This paper proposes a new method of corporate image evaluation based on the automatic analysis of online public information using text mining algorithm. This study provides a new tool for the research of corporate image, which can measure corporate image accurately in real time. The results of this study provide specific suggestions for the company to enhance corporate image.
