Evolving as an entrepreneur: a life story approach to studying Indian women entrepreneurs

What is it about?

Career choices, though enacted in adult life, are the result of life experiences. The formation of career identity is affected by life episodes starting from childhood. We test this theory through a qualitative study involving 15 Indian women entrepreneurs using a life story approach.
