What is it about?
Findings from this study give deeper understanding of the role of source and response strategy in crisis communication to aid companies in selecting the most effective combination to increase account acceptance and protect corporate reputation. While preparing strategies, results show that care should be taken to develop sincere and credible messages, as these variables can impact crisis outcomes.
