What is it about?
This paper looks at the role of internal corporate communication in enhancing firm-level entrepreneurship. Effective exchange of information can foster new ideas, new connections and new projects. The paper refers to competing values model to assess the type of communication systems organizations have and suggests that open communication systems support corporate entrepreneurship.

I truly believe that communication is an important factor of entrepreneurship, especially in an organizational setting, when entrepreneurship is a team effort. Also, open communication fosters the culture of exchange, opportunity seeking and cooperation in opportunity exploitation.
