What is it about?
Food selection behaviour is poor in late adolescents (18-24 years) at university. No previous research has investigated the food selection of late adolescents with food allergies and celiac disease. We found that late adolescents at university with or without food allergies and celiac disease, are influenced by the same determinants of food selection.
